Holiday Extended Return Policy
Products purchased as holiday gifts after November 25th will be eligible for exchange or store credit in the form of a gift card through January 30th.
Agent Reclaim prides itself on making products from the highest quality materials with attention to detail. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns on eligible merchandise, within 45 days of purchase (from date of purchase). To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met
MONOGRAMMED OR PERSONALIZED
Products that have been monogrammed, embossed or otherwise personalized are not eligible for return.
DO YOU OFFER FREE RETURNS?
Yes. We will provide a free return shipping label to any Canadian customer making an eligible return that meets our standard guidelines. We do not offer free international returns.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?
Please allow up to 2-3 wks for processing once the return has been received at our main office.
HOW DO I START A RETURN?
Please respond to your order confirmation email, letting us know you’d like to initiate a return. Alternatively, you can reach out to email@example.com with your order number (e.g. thanks124). We’ll then be in touch to facilitate the rest.
DO I NEED A RECEIPT?
Proof of purchase is required to validate a return or exchange. Please include your order number (e.g. thanks1234) or receipt in your email requesting a return. This way, we can issue a refund, store credit, or exchange that is equivalent to the original purchase price.
WHAT IF I DON’T HAVE A RECEIPT?

Products marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange. If an item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt so we can work with you to arrange a return, replacement, refund or credit. If there is obvious damage to the package upon delivery, please note the condition of the package on the waybill or refuse the delivery altogether. Once goods are in your possession for more than 48 hours, we cannot accept any claims for damage.
PRIVACY AND SECURITY
We are committed to respecting your privacy. We do not sell or disclose our customer information to other sources. During a sales transaction, your credit card information, if submitted, is never stored. Any information we collect from you is solely for the processing of your order. If you choose to sign up for our mailing list, on occasion we will send you special product offers. In every marketing email you will have the option to unsubscribe and avoid receiving future emails from us.

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
Simply reply to your order conformation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours.
SHIPPING + DELIVERY
We will select the best carrier and method of shipping based on the size and weight of the products you order. Product minimums will be in effect on certain items.
Please allow 2-4 wks production time for your order to ship out, Some smaller items (wrist wraps, hair holds) have an immediate turnaround. Average shipping times are 15-21 days based on location. Tracking numbers will be updated 3-5 days after your order has been shipped. If you don't have a tracking number after 7 business please email us at email@example.com You will not be charged for any items that are not shipped, back ordered items will only be charged once they have been dispatched.
