All Agent Reclaim products are made to order from downstream and deadstock textiles and some irregularities are common. Something to consider.
Should you be unsatisfied with your purchase once received, simply email us and include your order number. We'll send you a prepaid return label (for domestic shipments). Discounted items and international shipments may require you to pay return shipping. Here are the rest of the details:
Our policy lasts 45 days from date of purchase. If 45 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Gift cards are not returnable.
To complete your return, we require proof of purchase; your order number and other pertinent details.
There are certain situations where refunds are not approved: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 45 days after purchase.
* Any item that is part of a special custom order, bulk order, custom order or separately invoiced order.
*Any item not purchased directly from Agent Reclaim.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email using the contact form on this website.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a digital gift card emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to them to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
If you are within the 45 day return period, and otherwise qualified for a return or exchange, we will pay for return shipping within North America. Simply contact us through the website or the email address you received when purchasing. Our free return shipping is good only one time. Special circumstances will be considered on a case by case basis.

Products marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange. If an item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt so we can work with you to arrange a return, replacement, refund or credit. If there is obvious damage to the package upon delivery, please note the condition of the package on the waybill or refuse the delivery altogether. Once goods are in your possession for more than 48 hours, we cannot accept any claims for damage.
MONOGRAMMED OR PERSONALIZED
Products that have been monogrammed, embossed or otherwise personalized are not eligible for return.
LATE OR MISSING RETURNED CREDIT (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first re check your bank account
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS.
Simply reply to your order conformation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours.
SHIPPING + DELIVERY
Due to COVID-19, delay in shipping is possible. We will select the best carrier and method of shipping based on the size and weight of the products you order. Product minimums will be in effect on certain items.

Please allow 2-6 wks production time for your order to ship out, Some smaller items (wrist wraps, hair holds) have an immediate turnaround. Average shipping times are 15-35 days depending on location. Tracking numbers will be updated 3-5 days after your order has been shipped. If you don't have a tracking number after 30 business days please email us at email@example.com You will not be charged for any items that are not shipped, back ordered items would only be charged once they have been dispatched.
